The company was originally established by Richard A. Suminski in 1961. The company is a manufacturer’s representative agency founded on the principles of honesty and integrity. Under the direction of Charlie Smith, AHC., the Company evolved to become “Hardware Agents, LLC”. We continue to conduct business today guided by those founding principles.
